Near Toronto’s CN Tower, this 4,100-square-foot penthouse is organised around a sculptural white staircase. Double-height living spaces pair warm timber and pale stone with accents of blue and terracotta. A glazed dining room, quietly detailed bedrooms and textured bathrooms extend the material palette through the home.
